The more the car can tell us, the better the first conversation: the VIN and trim/fender tag (photos are fine), any documentation you have — titles, build sheets, old invoices, family stories count — and honest photos of the trouble spots: floors, trunk, rockers, engine bay. Remote first — the car itself can come later; half our projects start as a phone conversation and a dozen phone photos.
Not sure what you're asking for yet? Start with the restoration FAQ, browse the services menu, or read how our build process works — then call with whatever questions survived the reading.
For a real conversation, yes — appointments mean someone senior walks you through the shop and your project gets actual attention. Drop-ins are welcome to look, but the good conversations get scheduled.
You can get an honest range and a list of what we'd verify — real numbers need real inspection, because the expensive surprises hide where cameras don't reach. Send the photos anyway; they start the conversation well.
Within one business day, usually faster. If it's urgent — an auction closing, a seller with other offers — say so and call rather than email. We've talked more than one client through a pre-purchase decision from the auction floor.
Yes — we serve the whole metro and take cars from across Texas, with enclosed transport arranged both directions. See the service area page for coverage, and remember the first consultation works fine by phone and photo from anywhere.
Wherever in the metro your classic lives, the shop is one conversation away — full coverage details on the service area page.
Two hundred restorations started exactly this way. Call, email, or book — the car's story is welcome in any format.
